
About the Role
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data-entry, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Generate quotations and process billing
Provides office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs
Receives and distributes communications; collects and mails correspondence
Maintains inventory of office supplies and anticipates supply needs; ensures prompt ordering and receipt of supplies

Salary: $1,600 - $2,500 per month | Increment after confirmation
7 days annual leave | 14 days medical leave
Every 2 weeks payout
